Dear Democrat,
We believe there are two kinds of political
activists. One that loves to help their local Democrat win, whether
that be a councilperson or a legislator and the other kind is dedicated
to the idea that we live in a bigger community than just our
neighborhood or legislative district. The Blue Army program is
designed to utilize the energy of the latter.
The Blue Army is made up of Democrats within
Salt Lake County who want to help all our great candidates win no
matter where they represent. This is because we realize that having a
majority on the County Council will help us no matter where we live and
having a stronger showing in the State Legislature will help protect us
from the Republican domination.
The Blue Army is also a fast action network of
people who can be deployed in droves to prove a point. To write letters to
the editor, to call into radio shows, to make our presence and opinion
known at the right times.
If you want to help Democrats win in Salt Lake County then this is the program for you.

Send us your name and email address
and we will put you on the list. When a need arises from one of our
many wonderful candidates you will be notified via email that they need
your help. You can then choose which events you are deployed to and how much
time you can help. There is no specific commitment when you sign up -
but we ask that you pledge to do what you can.
They might need people to make phone calls,
stamp or stuff envelopes, walk neighborhoods, or any other political
function. They will be forever grateful. We will be forever grateful,
and you can be forever proud that you helped these candidates win and
chang the face of the County.
This is a great way to get involved, help, get politically connected, and overall have a great time.
